Salary standards:
Salary: RMB 5,000+ per month; candidates with experience in organic processing and welding will be considered for a negotiable salary.
Job Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete all tasks, including assembly, testing, and shipment, in accordance with production and assembly instruction documents.
2. Strictly adhere to the production plan, diligently complete production tasks, and ensure the smooth achievement of the company’s production objectives.
3. Supervise and conduct self-inspections of the production process, and report any quality abnormalities promptly.
4. Maintain order and cleanliness in the production workshop;
5. Comply with the company’s safety production rules and regulations and follow the work assignments of the production supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Age 18–50; high school education or above; good vision; honest and upright character; diligent and reliable in work.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the assembly, machining, and welding of mechanical products, as well as a Class C1 driver’s license.
3. Possess strong communication skills, demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated work attitude, exhibit a strong team spirit, and be able to handle moderate work pressure.
