Description: The air suspension assembly consists of three parts: ① the air suspension main body, ② mechanical accessories, and ③ fastening components. Here, X-X denotes the Xth component in the Xth part; for example, in ① the air suspension main body, 5-3 refers to the third component within the fifth component of the air suspension main body.

Install

When welding the leaf spring seat to the axle, ensure proper alignment and that the position meets the specified center-to-center spacing requirements.
The welding ground wire must be connected only to the shaft body; grounding through rotating wheel components is prohibited.

Settings

Optional accessories such as ABS gear rings and sensors can be selected as needed;

Use

After the new vehicle has been driven for the first time, after 15 days of operation, or after each tire replacement, the wheel nuts must be tightened in the prescribed sequence using a torque wrench.
Use dedicated lubricating oil and avoid using incompatible oils.
Pay attention to the maintenance of the axle and conduct regular inspections and component replacements.
